I didn’t receive items/ Battle pass

Sometimes unforeseen network or system errors might be  why you haven’t received the purchased items, even though the payment went through.

In such cases, please try to solve it by following the steps below:


  How to get unreceived items?

1. Re-start the Infinity Party Battle app.

2. Press [Purchase] button on the not-received items

3. Do not proceed to payment - just close the pop-up window.


If even after trying the above steps your issue was not resolved - please contact Infinity Party Battle Customer Support for assistance.
