If you already have your account linkage history to this game before, you cannot use the same account twice.
In case you wish to have your game synced to the exact platform account, make sure that you haven’t used the same platform account before.
If the linkage fails during the initial registration process, We suggest you follow the steps below.
Android (AOS)
1. Check if you have the latest version of Google Play App
2. [Settings] → [Cloud and Accounts] → [Accounts] → [Remove account] → Login again with the same account
3. [Settings] → [Application] → [Google Play Store] → [Storage] → [Remove cache/data]
4. [Google Play Game App] → in the upper-right corner [Menu] → [Settings] → check if you are logged into the right account.
Apple (iOS)
1. [Settings] → [Game Center] → check [Game Center account] → login
