Yes, you can! To do so all you need is:

1. Go to the “Clan” tab at the bottom of the screen

2. Choose “Create clan” in the upper-middle of the screen

3. Enter the clan's name and description and DONE! Also don’t forget to pay “Create clan” fee

You may also set up your own entering conditions and rules
